The Astral Plane
The astral plane refers to the dimension which is the closest to the physical world. Its continent is created by the collective minds of the whole world, in other words, memories, thoughts, fantasies, etc.
All this content is placed in a sort of container known as astral planes or worlds.
As mentioned, this astral plane is composed of astral matter, that is, a mental substance with its own emotions, which is formed from people’s consciousness. It can be molded to any shape and be so close to reality it can not be distinguished from it.
When astral matter is exposed to thoughts, a perfect and real picture is formed in the mental astral substance. Its complexity and duration once created in this plane depends on the strength of mind at the time of the creation.
When someone falls asleep, the subconscious mind creates dreams and connects with the astral plane.
The conscious mind creates a number of mental forms and projects them towards the astral plane, where such forms are solid. Thus, the conscious mind lives and experiences things in these dreamlike scenarios, in other words, formed during sleep.
Stated simply: it is as if the subconscious mind were an image or movie projector, projecting onto the astral plane, which would be the screen.
Mental forms
The representation of a mental form is first developed in the area which is nearest to the physical plane, and as time passes, it becomes more and more permanent.
We find fewer mental forms the further we are from the physical plane, and therefore the higher we are in the astral plane.
The new mental forms, whether powered by a single individual or a group, begin to grow in the astral plane wherever they want, while the old forms start falling.
The longer an object remains in a place, the stronger its mental form will be.
The number of mental forms a person finds in the astral plane depends on how close this individual is to the physical plane. The closer you are, the more you’ll find.
Astral vision
In the astral body, we have a vision of more than 360 degrees, unlike our physical body, where we have 220 degrees.
This is also called spherical vision, which simply described, it’s as if we had one eye that can see on all sides at once.
In this state, there is neither the force of gravity, nor up, down, left or right. It is very important to correctly grasp the concept of spherical vision if we wish to move in an astral plane.
