We lie on the floor, on a comfortable mat for the body, ensuring it rests on a proper surface, and follow the steps provided by our guide.
The mental tour begins in a white room, a place we were told to imagine and in which we place ourselves as per indication of our guide.
After leaving the white room, we can go to a natural landscape that is welcoming to us, an idyllic place that puts us in contact with nature or our dreams. At this time, our inner self will project various images which will help us achieve the lethargy we seek.
As soon as we reach this point of optimum relaxation, our guide will become the true transmitter of that energy that will flow between us and the rocks.
On each chakra the corresponding stone is placed, and they will be left in place throughout the session. Now we may seen how a broken line has been formed, which crosses the body vertically, from the base of the column to the head.
For this exercise to be more effective, we must create a link cable between the points of the chakras. This can be achieved very easily, all we have to do is place some white quartz crystals between the stones of the chakras, and they will create the connection for the energy. Once we have placed the quartz links a clean line will be created for our energy to flow.
The chakras will be massaged while leading us to a landscape full of color and life. We could apply local heat at each point to improve feeling and intensify the effect. The colors we see may be significant because they will probably relate to one of the chakras which is in most need of treatment. As each chakra has a specific quality, if we wish to treat any particular ailment, we will work more where it is needed.
The moment of awakening from our induced lethargy is very important. Just as in situations of hypnosis, we should not leave this state in an abrupt manner, as this may create a sudden imbalance, causing dizziness, fatigue, or nausea. It is ideal to go through the same process that we made at the beginning but in reverse, in other words, we should return to the white room and then wake up.
Our body can react differently upon leaving this state. First, we note that our body is asking us for sleep; it makes sense because we just woke up.
In addition, it may ask for activity. Our body has rested and feels much as if it had slept eight hours straight, for this reason, our organism is asking for exercise and action.
It is also likely to feel hungry or want to go to the bathroom; we must keep in mind that we wake up as if we had done so in the morning after a night’s sleep.
