Natal or Birth Chart

In the heavens we can discover many things that can go unnoticed if we do not know how to appreciate them.

In the heavens, we discover the planets, which provide many details about our character and other circumstances at birth, in other words, when we haven’e been influenced yet by family, social, and other factors.

These gifts, that we shall call innate, determine whether we chose one course or another in life. If we manage to find a way that is right for us, and we follow this path in a satisfactory way, we may enjoy great well-being along the course of our lives.

 
If on the contrary, we endeavor to live a life with projects which we do not have much in common with, we may end up bitter, since it is not valid to try to live a life that has nothing to do with us.

One of the best ways to learn how we are at birth and which path we may follow, is through our natal or birth chart, as it will help us discover our shortcomings and our strengths.

This chart is a diagram that represents the sky as it was at a particular date, place, and time of birth, and allows us to know the energies and rhythms of the heavens and how these affect us.

With it, thus, we have a kind of snapshot of the heavens as seen from earth at the time of a person’s birth.

To create this chart, three key factors of the horoscope must be taken into account, namely, the signs of the zodiac, the planets, and houses.

On the one hand, the twelve signs stand for attitudes or positions that can be taken in life. On the other, the planets show ways to act and different motivations.

And finally, the houses show us in the natal chart the areas or spheres where these take place: family, work environment, etc.

To create a natal or birth chart, several things are necessary, such as tables of houses, planetary calculation formulas, formulas for calculating planetary ephemeris, and of course, all the elements involved in its preparation are important to a greater or lesser extent.

But each factor plays its role and is therefore essential.
