The chariot in its normal position, means progress, imposition of an opinion by convincing someone else with great skill.

It also indicates that we must know our enemies well in order to defeat them, and tact to govern with justice.

It is a card that points to travel, movement, advancement, fame, and popularity. If it is inverted, it indicates a major failure; plans will be dropped, and some projects will not come to fruition.
