This card represents the forces of nature, both in their positive or negative aspect, and in turn, the antagonism between good and evil.

With regard to a tarot reading, if this card shows up, it is fearsome, sonce it is a rather portentous card, which points to situations full of drama and pain, malignant tendencies, disorder, bad intentions, violence, disaster.

It can mean a manifestation of occult powers and strange forces, so if this card shows up next to the person who is making the consultation, we must be very careful.

It may also speak of hereditary diseases.

If The Devil is in an inverted position, this is not so bad, since it means liberation from the forces of passion and the start of spiritual understanding.
