It is a card that represents order and great confidence in the authority to impose order and rules.
The Emperor may indicate at any given time that is order needed at all costs, in other words, the need to organize within the chaos.
This card may indicate having power and control, in relation to legal issues.
If it appears in relation to matters of love, it means luck will favor the person making the query.
This card represents a stable situation with a sound foundation, and also speaks of an influential person.
It represents triumph, the signing of contracts that will have great significance.
However, if appears reversed, it means lack of ambition, loss of property, immaturity.
Its keywords are: masculinity, manhood, stability, material power, self-control.
If it appears next to the Justice card, it symbolizes respect for the law.
But if it is reversed, it means the opposite: illegality and injustice.
The Emperor is astrologically associated with Aquarius.
It also indicates male wisdom. It represents an older man or the one who happens to be the head of household.
It usually points to a mature person who knows what he does.
We tend not to consider the cards that appear in an inverted position, but in this case, it could represent indecision that will lead us down the wrong path.
