The Moon:

This a card that represents the light within the darkness and shadow, which should not impose fear, just some respect.

It guides the querent to the unknown, so that things he/she might never have experienced may enter everyday life.

Also, it represents the fears of the querent, at the same time indicating illusions, although you must not stray from the path by going after false illusions.
 
Moreover, on several occasions it may indicate that the person is lost and has not found a reliable way.

In matters of love, this card may indicate double intentions, gossip, and ultimately the enemies of a relationship.

If this card appears right-side-up, it represents disappointment, conspiracy, rather complicated situations, lies, illusions which are not real but imaginary.


On the physical plane, it indicates ailments of the nervous system. If it is reversed, it represents a lack of energy coupled with fears, lies, two-faced friendships, deceit, cunning, and a generalized state of confusion.

If it appears with The Fool, it means madness, and if it appears with The Chariot, it means a rather complicated and risky trip will be taken.
